ESISACT e-learning conferences are the oldest and most comprehensive conferences regarding the national related problems. The e-Learning community is concerned with the improved learning levels of the society in general and with improved learning in E-enabled community in relation to the best ways to learn at distance and to support face to face teaching through life – long learning habits. The systems of learning communities are geared to the learning process and are prepare citizens to adapt to change in the 21st century.

The 15th National Conference for information systems and computer technology will have as a title "e-Learning Communities and Educational Software Development". The conference will take place from February 26 to 28, 2008 in Cairo, Egypt under the patronage of the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education H.E. Dr. Hany Mahfouz Helal. It takes place in The Guest House in Ain- Shams University.
