Senior International Sales and DC executive
Job description:
Qualifies, targets and acquires new Distribution Channels (DCs).
Carries out yearly Service(s) planning; sets budgets and strategic goals, defining priorities, strategies, deadlines, marketing materials and selling points.
Helps distributors in their sales and Marketing activities and coordinates with other departments to guarantee an effective communication.
Monitors the distributors' performance throughout the year and reports progress and evaluations and recommended amendments to the plan.
Analyzes and interprets data to identify patterns and possible solutions.
Identifies, monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
Introduces Orchtech’s products to potential DCs.
Conducts or/and Delivers remote sales presentations and demos to DCs and their customers.
Collects feedback from clients or distributors to identify desired amendments and new features.
Suggests ideas and makes inputs for solution marketing materials and ensures their development.
Leads negotiations with interested and qualified customers and signs partnership contracts.
Analyzes channel sales statistics.
Represents Company at trade shows to promote services and products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
Research and analysis skills.
Previous Sales and Marketing Experience.
High selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.  German or French will be a plus.
Experience in IT solutions is a plus.
Time management skills.
Sales/Business Development skills.

Experience:
1 – 3 years in Sales and Marketing field -- a software company will be a plus.
Monthly compensation: Subject to Qualification.
Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Working hours:  8:30 to 5 pm.
Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
