Telemarketing
Job description:
  • Contact target customers over the telephone in order to open opportunities.
  • Explain products and answer customer questions.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, e-mail, address and enter the information into computers.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing activities
  • Achieve target calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
  • To work with marketing and sales colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have the ability to learn.
  • Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Speaking -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management.
  • Good command of English and Arabic languages.
  • Good negotiation skills.
Experience:
1 -3 years in telemarketing or telesales
Location: Giza, Egypt.
Working hours:  8:30 to 5 pm.
Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
