Job description:
- Contact target customers over the telephone in order to open opportunities.
- Explain products and answer customer questions.
- Obtain customer information such as name, e-mail, address and enter the information into computers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing activities
- Achieve target calls.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- To work with marketing and sales colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Have the ability to learn.
- Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Speaking -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management.
- Good command of English and Arabic languages.
- Good negotiation skills.
Experience:
1 -3 years in telemarketing or telesales
Location: Giza, Egypt.
Working hours: 8:30 to 5 pm.
Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
