Job description:

  • Is responsible for all office management functions.
  • Preparing time sheets.
  • Liaise with other agencies and our clients outside Egypt.
  • Design filing systems.
  • Assists the manager in completing and following through on administrative problems and actions after a decision.
  • Assists in the formulation, establishment and execution of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Implements improvement in methods, systems and organization of administrative and other services.
  • Takes notes and prepares meeting.
  • Assists in preparing reports, budgets, contracts and other records and procedures.
  • Maintains an inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Processes bills for payment.
  • Supervise administrative support workers, and coordinate administrative support activities.
  • Responsible for directing workers and seeing that their jobs are done efficiently.
  • Support duties are needed in the departments or company.
  • Helps to hire employees and make interviews.
  • Responsible for determining salaries and working conditions.
  • responsible for reporting to higher management and acting as liaison between administrative support and the senior management.
  • Reporting the progress made by the departments in meeting company goals.
  • Working on projects and attending meetings.
  • Meet demands from top management to make the administrative support operations of their departments run smoothly.
  • Meet demands from the employees who may require the manager's time and assistance.
  • Responsible of all data that must be in the company website.
  • Using many software to mange the work in the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Very good command in English.
  • knowledge of office administration.
  • knowledge of human resource management and supervision.
  • Related analytical, administrative/reception experience sufficient to perform assigned duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory experience and skills sufficient to direct the activities of administrative support staff and student pool.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually.
  • Exceptional organizational skills sufficient to prioritize and complete assignments and projects independently.
  • Knowledge of and experience using information technology tools.
  • General understanding of budget and accounting processes.

 

Monthly compensation: Subject to Qualification.
Location: Giza, Egypt
Working hours: 8:30 to 5 pm
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
